Breathwork is an umbrella term used to describe a conscious change of your breathing pattern for a specific outcome. There are many styles of Breathwork from short daily practices to longer journeys designed for deep emotional release.
Breathwork is a widely accepted and extremely safe practice for easing stress and improving mental clarity. It is also known to lower blood pressure, improve circulation, strengthen lung or cardio ability and reduce pain.
I offer daily practice instruction inside of my coaching sessions to create peace and calm before diving into the deeper emotional work. I also offer Transformational Breathwork Journeys to help shed layers of emotional triggers hiding deep inside the body. These 90 minute sessions involve a slower introduction and integration period after 45 minutes of intense Breath WORK. This journey is meant to release self-sabotaging habits and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from living life fully.
