About

soulful Intimacy

Whether you have been together for 2 months or 20 years, soulful intimacy is the key component of a healthy relationship. Letting your partner see who you are and truly seeing them too. Being vulnerable creates trust within you and within your sacred union.

As a healer and bodyworker for 25 years, I have heard countless stories from clients of how the request from their husband to "rub their shoulders" is a turn off. Why? You say you don't know how or aren't strong enough but is that really the reason? Maybe you are on emotional empty! Either way, this request from your partner being unmet causes space and hurt feelings, not connection. They are asking for love, you saying no without knowing why or explaining creates more distance.

How often does this happen in some way? Your partner makes a request and is shut down and the real reasons aren't ever discussed. So resentment sneaks in.

If this is you, disconnected and needs being unmet, this is where you start re-building what has disappeared.

This guide has some simple but juicy ways to rebuild trust and connection.

Jeff & Sue

This is an amazing adventure. If you are looking to ignite your love for each other. We had a wonderful weekend of communication with and without words and how a simple glance can say a lot. Sarah is an outstanding coach and cook. She made us delicious meals and that also took that pressure off and gave us time to relax. We have been married for 37 years and together 40. What Sarah helped us find this weekend was each other. Too much of life was getting in the way. We were able to stop and remember what we truly love and need from each other.

About
Sarah

Hi, I am Sarah

I have over 25 years of experience working with clients in bodywork, energy, sound, breath, and coaching. Being a massage therapist for years, I worked with many couples who missed chances of deep connection by turning away from massaging their mate . It always made me a little sad. Massage can be such a great way to show you care, to make someone feel better.

So I decided to take all my experience in many different modalities to create Embodied Intimacy. I help couples who are craving deeper connection find intimacy by discovering how to interpret and use the language of their body.

Also, adding my own personal journey of being in relationships that felt cold and disconnected led me to the personal healing work to BECOME the love I so desperately wanted in my life. To attract my soulmate that spoke my language and tended to my heart, I had to be that kind of love first.

So join me in love.
